At The Softball Group, we do more than sell gear. We fit it, fix it, and personalize it. Here is what we can do for you in the shop.

Glove Fitting

Glove fitting is an experience with us. We want your child to succeed in our sport so we have them try fielding gloves on and actually watch them catch and field with the glove. It is not a problem if your child has never played before. We treat them the same as a more experienced player and most likely give them tips on how to field too.

Catching Gear Fitting

Another area we take our time in fitting is catching gear. We know our product and realize that a box set of catching gear does not fit everyone. We have catching gear in various sizes and will work with your budget to make sure it is the right choice for both you and your child. Plan on wearing uniform pants when you come in to try on catching gear, as that will help us fit your gear properly.

Helmet & Faceguard Fitting

We take the time to fit you properly with your equipment while meeting your budget. Since we are familiar with our product, we know that batting helmets that claim to be One Size Fits All do not work for every player. Come in and try on batting helmets to see what fits best. Because faceguards are mandatory in softball, we can install faceguards on helmets that do not have them pre-installed. We even have enough room to run in our store with the helmet on to make sure it is not moving around and is the proper fit.

Bat Rentals & Demos

Our demo bat rental program lets you effectively evaluate the latest high-performance bats. Demo bats may be rented for 7 days, and rental fees apply toward the purchase of a new bat with us within 90 days.

Glove Relacing & Repair

Have an old glove that needs some repair? We can give life back to your old trusty glove with relacing and glove repair. Pricing varies from glove to glove, so call or contact us online today to find out how we can rejuvenate gloves that are not ready to be put out to pasture but need a little TLC.

Embroidery, Silkscreen & Twill

We offer in-house embroidery and heat press decoration for logos, nicknames and numbers on apparel, along with silk screening and tackle twill decoration. We also decorate hats, visors, player and equipment bags, and bucket seats. We can do a single piece or much larger team orders. If you need something decorated, ask us and we will quote you a price based on the type of item and amount of decoration needed.

Letter Jackets

We also do custom letter jackets. We can order the blank jacket and decorate it as you would like. Call for an appointment to meet with the owner about your personalized letter jacket.
